Alpha Community Center collects only what it needs to run the organization: your name and contact details when you become a member, book a room, buy a ticket or make a donation, and a record of those transactions.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that help us operate — our website and records provider, and our payment provider when you pay us. Each of them is bound to use it only on our behalf.
Our website counts how often pages are opened. It does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites.
If you email us or sign in as a member, we keep that correspondence and your records for as long as you are involved with us, and for as long afterwards as our accounts require.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to office@alpha.example and a person will answer.
This wording is a starting point provided by our website software. Alpha Community Center is responsible for its accuracy, and should have it reviewed against how the organization actually works.
