One building, three rooms and a kitchen. The Main Hall and the Garden Room open into each other when the folding wall is taken back.

A quiet room for committees, classes and small gatherings.
Servery
Seats 12 $12 an hour $20 deposit
The serving hatch and counter. It serves into the Main Hall or the Meeting Room, and the cooking is done in the Garden Room kitchen — so it is hired alongside both, never on its own.
Entire facility
Seats 400 $90 an hour $250 deposit
Both halls, the kitchen, the Meeting Room and the car park — the whole building for the day. What weddings and memorials take.

Pick a room and the hours you want. The weekday rate is applied automatically — it is the same arithmetic the invoice uses, so the figure below is the figure we would charge.
The deposit is refunded within ten days of the let, less anything broken. Nonprofit and long-day rates exist too — tell us on the request and we will apply them.

Cancelling a booking
Told plainly, because it is the question nobody wants to have to ask. Ring us either way — the table is what we charge, not what we want to charge.

The security deposit is always returned in full — it is held against damage, and there is none if the let did not happen. If we re-let your date we will refund what we took, whatever the table says.

What you need to know
Deposits and paying
A provisional booking is held for seven days. Half the fee confirms it, the rest is due on the day. The deposit is separate, refunded within ten days, and comes back in full unless something is broken or the hall is left to be cleaned. Cancelling is set out in the table above.
The kitchen
The kitchen is certified for commercial use. You may cater yourself or bring caterers, and either way somebody has to have a food hygiene certificate — we will ask to see it. Everything you bring in goes out with you the same night; the bins are not ours to fill.
Alcohol and music
A bar needs a licence, and we can tell you which one and who signs it. Amplified music stops at 11pm on weeknights and midnight on Saturdays because of the houses opposite, and that one is not negotiable.
Parking and access
Forty spaces, two of them accessible, and the side entrance is level all the way to the Main Hall. The car park is shared with the surgery until 6pm on weekdays.
Setting up and clearing
Tables and chairs are included and stacked where you found them. Allow an hour either side in the hours you book — the time you are in the building is the time you are charged for, and every let we have ever had has needed longer than expected to clear.
